M.S.R Tooth Clinic is committed to providing the most pleasant experience for visiting patients as they go through the rigors of dental treatment. As much as we provide our services and treatment to the best of our abilities, we also value our patient, and their attending family or other member at all times. We do our work with their comfort and convenience in mind, and formulate our work flow around certain Patient Rights factors that we consider as very important. These include the following:
Patient has the right to obtain any and all treatment on the basis of clear information provided upfront to them by authorized Clinic Staff, as the work flow of diagnosis and treatment plan takes shape over time during the patient’s visit.
Patient has the right to know the estimate of the cost for individual and collective treatment on the basis of clear information provided upfront to them by authorized Clinic Staff, as the work flow of diagnosis and treatment plan takes shape over time during the patient’s visit.
Patient has the right to bring up issues and complaints (about the dental treatment, about Clinic staff, about facility issues, etc.) orally and/or in writing at any time, and they can convey this to authorized Clinic Staff directly, without interference from intermediary staff. A suitable Email address shall also be provided for this purpose, so that affected parties can also communicate directly from the convenience of their home or other facility outside of the Clinic, if they feel comfortable doing it this way. They can also express it in writing and send by post or courier to a designated person that handles issues and complaints. In addition, they can also write their complaints and drop it off in the Complaints Box available in the Clinic/ Facility.
At our dental practice, we believe that our patients are best served through application of preventive care methodologies and by being well educated on how to take care of their dental health.
We perform a thorough examination on your dental visit , we check the overall health of your teeth and gums, we perform oral cancer examination, and when necessary, we take x-rays to get a clearer picture on any mouth conditions that we find to be suspicious during our examination.
We also recommend routine cleaning & flossing, sealants, and fluoride application to help you avoid dental diseases. In addition to our concern about the beauty of your smile, we are also concerned about your overall health. We urge patients to provide us with their medical history, medications they may be taking, any illnesses they may be facing at the health end, so that we can give informed input to them on how their dental condition may be affected or not due to their overall health background.

As your dental care provider, we want you to be comfortable knowing that the services provided by us is from a team of highly trained and skilled personnel. To this end, we are committed to continual education and learning at our end. We attend dental lectures, meetings, and dental conventions to stay informed of new techniques, the latest products, and the newest equipment that a modern dental office can utilize to provide state-of-the-art dental care. Also, as members of professional dental associations, we stay informed on the latest changes, practices and recommendations for our profession.
We also strive to provide educational and skills development opportunities for our non-medical and administrative staff, so that they can serve you better at all times.
